If you have a general enquiry over this time we ask that you email us on firstname.lastname@example.org to allow our phone lines to be used for faults or urgent issues.
If you have a fault that needs our field technicians to attend, this can still happen under strict social distancing rules. We ask that if a technician has to attend your property that you do not interact with our technician face to face wherever possible. If it is absolutely necessary for our technician to enter your home, they will be wearing PPE gear, we would ask you to keep maximum distance between you and our technicians to allow them to complete their jobs as quickly and safely as possible.
Some rural customers may experience slower speeds than normal due unprecedented demand on the networks. Please consider how you use your internet during this time. We suggest that if you need to video conference from home during this time that you don’t stream Netflix or other streaming services at the same time.
