Unplanned outage - Wireless Customers Raglan/Ruapuke Area 11 May 2021

Wanna Internet has identified an issue affecting some of our customers in the Raglan /Ruapuke region. We will be completing maintenance on the network this evening and there will be an interruption of service, between 1-4 hours long, while we complete the required maintenance, from 10:00 PM, Tuesday 11 May 2021 to 4:00 AM Wednesday 12 May 2021. We will be updating this page once the work is complete. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Billing - Billing date error on invoices issued 1-April-2021 (Not a April fools joke)

Dear customers, We had an issue with our billing run today, unfortunately. The email states the outstanding invoice amount is $0.00 which is incorrect. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we ask you to use the information provided on the invoice attached.
