We are aware of performance issues affecting some of our customers in the Te Pahu area, we have traced the issue to a physical issue at our tower, we think caused by the wild weather, unfortunately due to high winds and risk of lightning we cannot make repairs tonight as it is not safe for our staff, our technicians will be attending site early tomorrow morning and we hope to have full service restored as soon as possible. - Sorry for any inconvenience that this has caused. Our techs are on-site, temp service has been restored, there is equipment that needs to be replaced and that will be completed in the next 4-5 hours.
