We have been made aware of intermittent outages affecting some customers in the Raglan area. We are investigating the issue. If you do experience issues with your connectivity, and your connection is not automatically restored within 5 minutes, please turn your modem and dish off and then back on. Allow five minutes for equipment to connect to the network and your connection should then be restored.
This issue has not yet been resolved and may still be causing intermittent outages for some of our customers. Please be patient and follow the instructions on the linked status updated.
We have established the cause of this issue. The current ETR for this fault is between 5 and 10 days.
