Ruapuke Partial Outage - Reported 3.32 am 16 July 2020 We have a partial outage in Ruapuke and surrounding areas that may be affecting a small group of customers. We are working to fix this issue asap, technicians are en route and will update this status as soon as we can.
High winds in the area are causing issues for our field team in completing a permanent fix. We have a temporary fix in place but service may not be up to its normal standard, we appreciate your patience. We will be attempting to complete the work for the permanent fix later today when the wind should be less of a factor. We will continue to update this status until the issue is resolved.
Due to the high winds forecast for the next two days, the temporary measures we have taken to provide continuity of service will remain in place until Monday 20 July 2020. We will continue to update this status until the issue is resolved.
This issue has been resolved. If your connection is not automatically restored now please turn your modem and dish off and then back on. Allow five to ten minutes for equipment to connect to the network and your connection should then be restored.
