We have a partial outage in the Whatawhata/Pirongia Area that may be affecting some customers on our fixed wireless network. We are working to fix this issue asap, technicians are en route and we will update this status as soon as we can.
This issue has now been resolved. If your connection is not automatically restored now please turn your modem and dish off and then back on. Allow five to ten minutes for equipment to connect to the network and your connection should then be restored.
