An email was sent to all Wanna Internet customers who pay via Direct Debit today, 19-Nov-2020, advising them that we are changing our payment processor for Direct Debit payments. Our new processor, GoCardless will be responsible for all Direct Debit collections from 1-Dec-2020. Customers do not need to take any action for this change to happen. This email also advises customers that for the invoice due 20-Nov-2020, a manual payment will be required. We know that this is short notice and we want to reassure our direct debit customers that this is a one off manual payment. We apologise for any inconvenience.
