We have found the fault to be with the fibre backhaul out of our fibre nodes and are working with the carriers to resolve this issue affecting fixed wireless customers in the Raglan to Kawhia area.
The fault within the fibre backhaul has been resolved. If you are still experiencing issues please unplug your router and dish for 30 seconds, then plug them back in. If the issue persists give us a call on 0800 100 714.
